Acting and Theatre Arts

Starbright Academy’s Acting & Theatre Arts Program offers students professional training in stage and screen performance. Students build confidence, sharpen their craft, and explore the full range of dramatic expression through acting techniques, character study, and live performance opportunities. Alongside their artistic training, students complete a fully accredited homeschool curriculum—ensuring that their academic growth continues seamlessly while they pursue their passion for the theatre.

Curriculum & Schedule

Integrating Arts and Academics

At Starbright, students follow a flexible schedule with academics in the morning and professional arts training in the afternoon—customized to their discipline and pace. When auditions, rehearsals, or bookings arise, we adjust class times and assignments to ensure they stay on track academically without missing opportunities.

Our college-prep academics include a fully accredited curriculum, designed specifically for artists—blending creative projects with core subjects to keep learning relevant and engaging. By coordinating with arts faculty and flexing around performance schedules, we ensure students excel in both school and their craft without burnout.

At Starbright, students progress through academics at their own pace—with small class sizes, one-on-one support, and a flexible, mastery-based approach integrated into their daily schedule. By aligning study time with arts training, we reduce late-night homework stress and help students avoid burnout—so they can thrive both academically and artistically.
